Creative Director
The creative director manages the direction and vision of the UX team. They will set a bar for expectations on what the team designs and creates for Wings as an organization. The creative director sets a tone for design culture to grow and retain talent.
UX Designer
The UX designer makes the bones of the structure of a website. It is this expertise that focuses on members and their experience with Wings in an online setting. Their objective is to push for good experiences for the member to build trust between them and Wings.
UI Designer
The UI designer makes the interface between the product and the user including the various interactions that underpin the design. Their job is to create visually beautiful and consistent designs that drives trust between the user and Wings.
Content Strategist
The content strategist leads a website’s content focus, starting with content as a skeleton around which a design is built. They will work with designers to create a plan for content on the web that will increase usability throughout Wings products.
Usability Tester
The usability tester drives a UX practice that makes informed decisions. Testing designs for Wings is important to inform designers if their design assumptions are valid or not.
Researcher
The researcher drives a design based on user research and a wider understanding of the benefits of design research. The researcher can help inform not only designs, but other design items like personas.
