Adrienne has had the opportunity to build a UX team from scratch including a UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher, and a UX Intern. There were a lot of skills that went into this team, but managing it is a whole different role from designing.

Accessibility is essential for any website. Adrienne is passionate about everyone being able to use a website. Ability to use a site means users are able to accomplish a task without any help from an outside source. This not only develops self-confidence and other positive emotions, but also a loyal user.
Design Systems
Designing a system for everyone to access and use optimizes designs, generates designs and development faster, and creates consistency across platforms with brand and overall user interfaces.
Prototyping
A UX designer being able to prototype is like a fish being able to swim. This skill is essential for any UX designer to do their job, and Adrienne has been doing this in Adobe XD for 9 years.
